1-. Minimum booking of 7 nights

2-. Deposit of 20% of the total amount of the reservation, for the confirmation of the same.

3-. If the guest notifies 14 nights in advance, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.

4-. If the guest does not give notice of cancellation 14 nights in advance, the reservation will not be refunded.

5-. Check-in time is from 14:00h. Check-out time is until 10h (These times may vary depending on the bookings).

6-. Pets are allowed, with express knowledge from the time of booking.

7-. The rental price includes: bed and bath linen, running water, hot water, electricity, use of electrical appliances, use of crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, use of furniture and cleaning before arrival. During the stay the cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
